Chelsea Weir

Chelsea founded Thrive Yoga and Fitness out of her passion and curiosity for the body and all that we can do to support it. She believes in taking our power back to have more influence in our own health journey.

For years Chelsea struggled with debilitating chronic pain which started her journey from fitness to yoga. After her early start to perimenopause at just 29 she used her knowledge as a Yoga Teacher, Meditation Guide and Personal Trainer to discover what her body responded best to, and how she could use her expertise to manage her symptoms of heightened anxiety, sleep deprivation, weight fluctuations, emotional roller coasters and hot flushes.

Through her own journey Chelsea discovered she needed more to really feel her best and found that a holistic approach with a naturopath, kinesiologist, nutritionist and an understanding of her hormones empowered her to feel her best in perimenopause.

Chelsea now guides women to minimise the impact of their perimenopause symptoms as well as future health risks associated with aging through a holistic approach. She works with a team of experts to support and empower women through perimenopause so they can live their fullest lives.

Lynsey Koch

Lynsey often says she is a teacher first, a Clinical Nutritionist second because she believes it is important to empower people with the knowledge and understanding of nutrition and their bodies.

Within the program she provides valuable insight into what changes your body is going through in perimenopause and how what you consume can impact on your hormones and long term health risks associated with perimenopause.

Samantha Jacobs

Sam is our Holistic Mental Health & Body Love Guide, she uses her personal experience through her body image and self love journey to help women change the narrative, question societies pressures and learn to nourish and move your body out of love not guilt.

Sam calls on her mental health expertise to guide women through the program to transform heir perimenopause experience to a beautiful reconnection.

Melanie Eager

Our Breathing Guide Melanie opens our eyes to the power of the breath and helps women to use this tool as a way to manage stress, improve sleep, increase energy, aide digestion, influence cognitive function and even ease hot flushes.

Melanie uses her knowledge of her 2 science degrees, health and nutrition coaching as well as her own experience of chronic fatigue and adrenal fatigue to share what her own research taught her about the most important tool for our health.

Hannah Moore

Otherwise known as 'The Body Translator' our Naturopath Hannah has a powerful way in education women on hormones and lifestyle factors that you can influence to change how you go through perimenopause.

Hannah specialises in Moods and Hormones for those who want a natural approach to their health and well-being. And teaches her clients to understand what their body is saying, to eat right for their body type and discover how to support their hormones and emotional aspects.

Lisa Cheetham

Its hard not to be inspired when listening to our Inner Strength Mindset Coach Lisa talk. Lisa has been on a journey to find herself after her marriage breakdown and loosing herself to always giving to everyone else but herself.

Lisa helps women set boundaries and see the example they can set for their children when they become the strongest, most connected versions of themselves. Lisa works with women in the program to strengthen their self-love and embrace the woman that they are.

Baillie Dick

In a perimenopausal world filled with negativity and heaviness our Kinesiologist and EFT specialist Baillie helps us women to process and clear some of the overwhelming emotions that come up.

Baillie shares her ability to connect inward with women in the program, giving them the opportunity to really feel and identify the messages their bodies are sending and process and let go some of the burdens we carry.
