Thriving 2023

Colleen joined the Thrive During Perimenopause program as a busy Mum, always doing everything for everyone else. She was lacking confidence and was unsure how to set boundaries. After the 12 weeks she reported a hug decrease to the impact of her perimenopause symptoms, declaring her shift in mindset as the biggest change. She now feels more confident, puts her self-care first and has a strong yoga and meditation routine to manage her stress levels which helps keep her eating and hormone roller coasters on track.

Thriving 2022

Mel started practicing yoga as a way to bring more to her exercise routine but it has made a bigger difference than imagined. Mel reports feeling more free in her physical body with less arthritic pain but also share how her regular yoga, meditation and breathing practice has had a profound effect on mental health improving her confidence. She is more connected to herself, has more energy and overall happier. Mel also says that it has impacted on her marriage as she is more calm and less cranky. She feels better than ever and has a deeper connection with herself and her loved ones.

Thriving 2022

Annie built her knowledge of her body through some close one on one coaching with Chelsea so she could get a better understanding about the uniqueness of her own body and what she needed to adjust to support it. Annie feels stronger in her body and mind now that she has developed a consistent self-care practice and looks forward to her 'me time' on the mat.
